Booster Draft

MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT:

We will be having a MTG booster draft tournament soon. However, I will not discuss rules, prizes, a date or other info here. There will be a meeting about all that tomorrow at 3 PM on the street. DO NOT BE LATE. If you cannot attend, please text me so we can get your input in.

CHEAP BOOSTER PACKS

As of some time in July, I will be seeling MTG booster packs. The set that I will be selling them from will be Betrayers of Kamigawa. The packs will be sold at the EXTREMELY cheap price of $3 per pack with the possibility of sales and discounts when purchased in bulk. If you are possibley interested in this fine offer, leave a comment. If not, you will be soon. These packs contain some of the best swamp cards around. They are also the packs with special abilities such as ninjutsu. One of the cards from the set can be seen to the right.

Weekend Tourney

Here is the down-low on the weekend tourney:

• At Phil's house
• 60 card deck
• Strict rule
• $2 entry fee
• 1 pack prize for winner
• 2 random gold cards as door prizes (chosen at random)
• Entries need to be posted as a comment here or texted to me
• Payments are due Thursday
• Official ruling
• 2 game elimination
• Battles are chosen randomly

Here is how the tournament works: You will be randomly assigned an opponent and a battle station. Then you will battle. This will happen again. All people with 2 wins will move on. If 2 people do not have 2 wins, then all the people with 1 win will move on. The process will be re-done, except one person can win. It will be repeated until a winner is declared.

WELCOME TO REAL SEASON!

FINALLY! REAL SEASON HAS BEGUN. Here are the results for the judge. The winner is.....me. Phil is my secondary udge for when I am not present. Well, just reminding you all about the tournament to be held this weekend. You can join by texting me or leaving a comment to this post. Well, good luck to all! 1 Day till Real Season!!!

Yes folks, its noly one more day until the real season starts! So, build up your decks, make final changes, visit the CB Store, and other stuff like that. Their will be a brief meeting regarding the real MTG season tomorrow at  3:30 under the streetlight. There, tournaments and more will be discussed. Also, there will be a 1 on 1 tournament held by me next weekend. The entry fee will be $1 and the prize will depend on how many people join (so getmore people)! The new judge will also be announced tomorrow. One more thing: results. After a rated game, txt me with the results. I will then be able to post them here.

Welcome

Well citizens of Borden Street, welcome to the Magic the Gathering website for all your league needs. In this post, I will just post some basic info about the rules, the season, etc.

• The Pre-Season will run until June 1
• All games after June 1 will only be ranked if specified
• By the end of the season, you must have at least 10 games to be elligable for playoffs
• Playoffs will run from August 24 to August 29
• All unknown or unclear rules must be clarified by a ratified official (ie. myself)
• Tournament games are un-ranked
